EU dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email address can be found above.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which knowledge of a specific infringement becomes known. Upon notification of such violations, we will remove the content immediately.
Liability for links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.
The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Unlawful content was not recognisable at that time. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. Upon notification of violations, we will remove such links immediately.

Privacy notice
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 GDPR.
1. Controller
Carlstadt Partners GmbH, Fürstenwall 69, 40217 Düsseldorf, Germany. Email: [email protected].
A data protection officer has not been appointed, as the statutory requirements for such an appointment are not met.
2. Scope
This notice explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us, on what legal basis, and what rights you have.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
3. Server log files
When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time of the request and the IP address in shortened form.
This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation and security of our website. Log data is deleted after no more than 30 days.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, the details you provide — including your name, email address and the content of your message — are stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for follow-up questions.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We delete this data once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies that require consent and does not use tracking or web analytics services.
All fonts and other assets used on this site are delivered from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts, content delivery networks or other external providers, and no data is transmitted to third parties when the page loads.
6. Client and mandate data
Where we act for you under an advisory mandate, we process the data necessary to perform that mandate on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, and where required to meet legal obligations on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR.
Mandate data is retained for the statutory retention periods, generally six or ten years under German commercial and tax law.
7. Recipients and transfers
We pass personal data to third parties only where this is necessary, where you have consented, or where we are legally obliged to do so. Processors — for example our hosting and email providers — act for us on the basis of data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
A transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area does not take place unless the requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are met.
8. Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15), to have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17), to restrict processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing (Art. 21).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, Düsseldorf.
9. Right to object
Where processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms.
10. Data security and updates
This website uses TLS encryption for the protection of transmitted content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the address line of your browser.
We review this notice regularly and adapt it when changes to our processing activities make this necessary. The current version applies.
